Birth "Control"

For many years now, the world has drifted into the plan of depopulation. What is depopulation? They, world leaders, say that there are too many humans on earth and we need to "control" the birth of human life. This is why the average family size has gotten smaller throughout the years. We went from “The Cosby’s” to now having “Two and a Half men.” It was considered a blessing to have a big family, but now people gaze at you with an "evil eye," judging you for being fruitful and multiplying. 

God desires for us to choose life, but Depopulation has become so popular that choosing death is natural. Many believers say that certain forms, if not all, of birth controls are ok, even though it contradicts with "be fruitful and multiply" (Gen 1:28).

Many encourage the fruitful ones to stop the flow of life. "You reap what you sow," so encouraging any form of birth control in others will also result in stopping the flow of life in you. 

                                                                       






Depopulation is "birthed" from fear. "Be fruitful and multiply" is birthed from a place of Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control (controlling your flesh from reacting to fear). If God is the giver of life and He tells you to choose life, then is He ok with you stopping the flow of life (choosing death)? Selah…

"Lo, children are a heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward." (Ps 127:3)

"Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table." (Ps 128:3)

"Praise ye the Lord. Blessed is the man that feareth (reverence) the Lord, that delighteth greatly in his commandments. His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed. Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever." (Ps 112:1-3)

Many people are becoming believers in depopulation because they don't believe that God will provide. There are even people who've been blessed with a big family but not many have experienced a big family that has wealth and riches in the house; and because of this, fear of struggle creeps into their spirit. You can actually have a big family along with wealth and riches, but you need to first believe that you can have it. The Bible says you can! How about believing what the word says and then confess and pursue it. 

“What if they are too many people in the world?” Don’t you think our great God can close the womb if He thinks the world is over populated? Come on now… If the Lord doesn’t want you to have anymore children, then He will close your womb.

"Thou shalt not kill.”

“Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder…”

Murder, Matt 19:18, Strong’s Concordance, 5407, from 5406: To be a murderer… Always of criminal, or at least intentional. Homicide,

As believers in God’s word, we should not intentially take away life in any way.

Question:

If you take a birth control pill, is that murder?

If you use a condom, is that murder?

If you, as a man, intentionally pull out before ejaculation, is that murder?

If you perform some type of surgery to stop the flow of life, is that murder?

The answer is yes, yes, yes and yes.

“And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came to pass, when he went in unto his brother's wife (His brother died and he was supposed to continue the inheritance of their children), that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother.  And the thing which he did displeased the Lord: wherefore he slew him also” (Gen 38:9-10).

Onan chose death instead of life. This is why the Lord was displeased.

Even if you intentionally speak words of death into someone else’s life, you are committing murder. This is why Jesus said, “Ye have heard that it was said of them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire” (Matt 5:21-22).

 ^“I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live” (Deut 30:19).
